Heat you can carry in
Heat where there is none
A wall tent, an ice fishing hut, a cabin or a workshop. Somewhere with no heat at all, that you need warm for a weekend and packed up again after.
One person can carry it
Light enough to lift into a truck, a sled or a boat on your own, and sized to go through a tent door rather than to sit in a living room for twenty years.
A top you can cook on
The flue outlet sits off to one side to leave the top clear, and the plate gets hot enough to fry on. Breakfast on the same fire that is already keeping the tent warm.
Welded plate, not sheet metal
Heavy gauge steel, welded rather than folded and riveted, which is the difference between a stove that lasts a decade of seasons and one that warps in a winter.
Vents through a small pipe
No built chimney and no lining job. A single wall pipe run out through a jack in the tent roof or the hut wall is all it needs, which is why it can go somewhere temporary.

The questions people actually ask
The flue outlet is 6", so it takes single wall pipe of that diameter, run out through a roof jack or a wall thimble rated for the job. Pipe is not included. The owner's manual above gives the required rise and the clearance to keep from the tent wall or the roof.
No. This is a recreational appliance for temporary installation in a wall tent, an ice fishing hut, a cabin or a workshop, and the manufacturer states it is not for use in a house. If you are heating a home, a wood stove or an insert is the appliance you want, and we carry both.
